Marko specializes in communications and networking. He has helped various power utilities migrate their TDM infrastructure to modern IP/Ethernet network running MPLS or Carrier Ethernet. As a Product Engineer for RFL, he’s involved with the design specifications of new communication products, ensuring modern utility needs and standards are met. Whether it’s migration or integration, as a professional who studied Electronics and Communications Engineering, a MEF-CECP and a member of IEEE, Marko has the knowledge and skills to answer the utility-wide dilemma of IT/OT convergence.

PRODUCT MANAGER, RFL Products – Hubbell Power Systems
Member of IEEE with over twelve years of experience in the utility industry, which is largely concentrated on utility communications for protection applications. Responsible for the Hubbell Power Systems®/RFL protection product line including Powerline Carrier, Audio Tone and Digital Teleprotection, as well as Line Protection Relays.
Emmanuel (Manny) Duvelson

Emmanuel "Manny" Duvelson is a graduate of Boston University where he earned his BSEE degree. Manny has authored numerous white papers and has had several articles published in the UTC Journal. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Emmanuel provides vision and leadership to a cross-functional team responsible for bringing to market high-value differentiated products targeted at solving customer problems. Manny is a current member of IEEE.
Karl Perman
CYBERSECURITY AND COMPLIANCE STRATEGIST
Karl Perman is a skilled business executive with business protection, compliance, risk management, strategy, human resources and law enforcement experience. He has created, evaluated and implemented compliance programs for electric utilities and generation entities. He has expertise with a myriad of regulations including FERC and NERC and has served as an audit resource and subject matter expert for CIP and reliability audits. He provides technical evaluations and product strategies for industrial control systems. Karl is an accomplished writer having authored numerous articles for security industry publications and a book on critical infrastructure protection.
Karl served as a law enforcement officer at the Federal and municipal levels. He also served as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.
Karl serves as the cybersecurity and NERC compliance strategist for RFL.
